And now for something....

...completely different.

I would like to dedicate this to my friend, Lindsay, who is the only other person I know with the capacity to understand the hilarity behind the lines:

"BURMA!"
"What did you just say Burma for?"
"I panicked."

Early work by both John Cleese and Grahmn Chapman of Monty Python's Flying Circus. The "chartered accountant" figure would make countless appearances in the Flying Circus, if only to highlight the extraordinary caliber of his extremely dull job. This is from 1967's At Last the 1948 Show.

I thank you for your visit. I was here the otherday but globber wouldn't let me comment. My machine won't play your tape. The rain in Spain may be mainly on the plain but in England I guess it's everywhere. Seeya

Hope you are keeping well.
Off the crutches yet?

"And now for something..." is one of my favorite phrases - it does not strike everyone as humorous, I found - which makes it the more hilarious for me!
Loooove Cleese.

Your photos lovely.
Favorite: Detail of ceiling @ Canterbury, if it would not border the blasphemous, I'd say it has a sexual undertone (hmmm?) or, is it sensual?

Joy to you!
